Distinguished Chardonnay

October 24, 2024

Join us at the National Wine Centre of Australia for a very special masterclass of stunning Chardonnays, hosted by Dr Brian Croser AO and Corrina Wright.

Brian was the first person to plant Chardonnay in the Adelaide Hills, and Corrina carries 180 years of family legacy as winemaker and director of Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards.

Brian has selected a lineup of rare and magnificent Chardonnays to tantalise your tastebuds. Starting close to home, you will look at a collection of highly celebrated Chardonnays from a range of sub-regions around the Adelaide Hills. Chatting with Corrina, he will then uncover the history of Chardonnay within Australia, drawing on our pioneering producers. You’ll then finish with a global view of some of their favourite cool climate winemakers.

A glass of DAOSA Natural Reserve will greet you on arrival, and delicious paired canapés will be provided throughout the masterclass. It truly is an unmissable evening, filled with incredible insights and some very hard-to-find gems.
