Hosted by the National Wine Centre's Head Sommelier Andrew Bruce alongside Yale Norris - Colorado-born, island-rooted - The Islander Estate Vineyard's Winemaker, viticulturalist, vineyard manager, mechanic. Indulge in a four course degustation dinner crafted by NWC Executive Chef Sato Kikuchi, paired with perfection to wines ranging from a bright coastal Sauvignon Blanc through to a Cabernet Franc named for the French explorer who first mapped KI's coastline in 1802.
