White wine lovers are invited to experience something special... the first ever edition of The Drop In: Alternative Whites at the National Wine Centre.

Join us on Friday 6 March for a new tasting experience that celebrates the diversity of Australian white wines. Our curated lineup of exciting producers from across Australia's wine regions will share tastings of their most niche and experimental whites - offering varietals like Roussanne, Picpoul, Grüner Veltliner, Fiano and Chenin Blanc, along with unexpected new blends.

Entry to the event includes unlimited wine tastings and a complimentary Spiegelau glass to savour your samples and take home. Our bar also boasts a selection of beverages available for purchase, as well as delicious food options.

Enjoy an evening dedicated to bringing together wine enthusiasts and leading producers to explore what’s fresh, vibrant, and unexpected in the glass.

We’ll be spotlighting two producers appearing at The Drop In: Alternative Whites in our intimate Barrel Sessions. Chat with the winemakers as they deep dive into a selection of their emerging white wines, with guidance from our own expert Sommeliers.

Barrel Session 1: 6.30pm with Orbis Wines

Barrel Session 2: 7.30pm with Lino Ramble

Barrel Sessions are included in your ticket and will take place outdoors on the Terrace.
