Mid-month at the Wined Bar, National Wine Centre of Australia – a ‘Meet the Maker’ event designed to showcase the passion and people behind the wines.

Introducing ‘Meet the Maker’: a free tasting event dedicated to a single producer. Held on a Friday mid-month at the National Wine Centre’s Wined Bar, enjoy a relaxed afternoon as you meet the people behind the wine. Join us for free tastings, complimentary canapés and live music. This event offers a rare opportunity to chat with the winemaker and enjoy their wines up close in an intimate setting.

Join us for a bumper edition of Meet the Maker, presented as part of the Tasting Australia 2026 program. Our monthly tasting event expands for a special anniversary edition celebrating the National Wine Centre's 25th birthday and highlighting some of the prestigious Adelaide University Alumni Winemakers from the last 25 years. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon as you meet the people behind the wine. Join us for free tastings, complimentary canapés and live music. This event offers a rare opportunity to chat with the winemakers and enjoy their wines up close in an intimate setting.

The National Wine Centre joins the Tasting Australia program once again in May 2026, with a lineup of exciting food and wine events celebrating the best in Australian produce and winemaking.
